I liked very much the distinction between calisthenics and body building. Either training will get you results if you put the work in. No pain, no gain.

This podcast is one of my favorites as Mike mixes Q&As, guests from other walks of life, and a nice variety of information on supplements, nutrition, exercise and other areas important for general well-being. Extra kudos points for always replying to questions on Twitter and his blog too.
