Whoa. There is so much great information in this podcast without any of the fluffy, fad-driven BS that comes with a lot of wellness podcasts, blogs, etc. The guests are legit and I love the presentation. So glad I found this podcast! I can’t stop listening. Dr. Emily is open, real, evidence-based and digs deep into better understanding how the body works - all the interconnectedness between movement, nutrition, hormones, the environment and everything else today’s human is dealing with. Such a gem!
