A very strange scenario happened with my parents and the Neighbours. They had psychological warfare to try to outdo each other, with who could buy the latest thing to try and improve their status. Yet who suffered ...... yes you got it, the children!  Look around you - what do you actually need?

An alcoholics house isn't nice!   The floor is dirty, surfaces unwashed, mouse droppings everywhere (let alone the smell) - This is an impression of what I lived in. Yet is there a connection between self-respect and respect of property - that is the question?

I get it - overeating - eating the wrong foods - the mental struggle with "you are fat" so why bother - My mother always used to open up with my god how fat have you got....This is my struggle with weight 

No not the TV show - How many phrases have you been taught and continue to use? Example: "shut the door where you born in a barn." If you are taught negative Words / Phrases, have you ever thought about the impact on a young child..........   I have written down over 100 which my parents ingrained into my psyche, which was wrong and gave me a dark impression of the world.
