“I absolutely love this podcast! Heather is so down to earth and practical in how she explains Ayurveda and how we can apply Ayurvedic principles to our own lives. I am working my way through the episodes from the beginning, and today way Episode #29 for me, Drama is a Choice. This episode really resonated with me. As I finished up the episode while getting ready this morning, I could hear my 2 littles, 4 and 2, up to something in the living room. I walk out to discover tiny styrofoam pellets EVERYWHERE! They had punctured a large hole in one of my poofs and dumped out half the styrofoam around the entire living room. The look of terror on my kids’ faces was priceless 😂. They were clearly expecting me to freak out! Normally, this would have sent me through roof and I would have completely created a dramatic situation out of it, which would have “ruined” my day, but all I could do was laugh! I couldn’t help but think I was meant to be listening to this podcast today! There have been so many life changing teachable moments for me from Heather in this podcast, and I truly feel like I am healing myself from the inside out by incorporating Ayurveda into my daily life now. Thank you Heather! You have a way with words, and I look forward to listening to you everyday ❤️.”
