"You're Your Own Guru" with Rebecca Pflaum, Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Listen now
Description
In this week's podcast, I sat down with the very charming, energetic, and joyous Rebecca Pflaum, a well-known kundalini teacher who discovered the practice when she encountered crippling pain in her back, hips, and neck. Kundalini yoga was the transformational and sacred gift she received to recover and reclaim her body, mind, and spirit. Rebecca’s lightness of being is contagious and during our conversation, we speak about how kundalini yoga as a practice taught her self empowerment and responsibility. That not everything needs to make sense and making sense of things is often overrated, what the chakras actually are and how we are our own guru and we don’t need anything done to us because we have everything we need! *DISCLAIMER* A little disclaimer regarding this week's podcast. It was recorded in Ubud, Bali, and I caught on to a little ruffling noise. But this podcast was too good not to post for the sake of perfectionism,  so the podcast isn’t perfect, but it’s well worth the listen.
