Well told tales
I really enjoy this podcast. The host has such an engaging way of telling the stories in relatable language. He says what you’re thinking when you hear a part of the tale that seems weird, doesn’t make sense, or goes in an unexpected direction. Great sense of humor, excellent story telling, pleasant voice delivering a nice tour of different cultures in different times. The host gives a little background on the story and when known the time in which it was written. The podcast ends with a profile of a mythological creature that is funny and interesting. I put this show on in the car once with my kids along, and they loved it. Now they ask to listen to it by name. Well, technically they started by calling it “the monkey paw one” after that was mentioned in one of the episodes, but they’ve since learned the real title and ask for it over other podcasts. We can all enjoy it together. Good clean fun, educational, and great for bedtime stories. A+

The perfect combo podcast for a fan of Hardcore History and ancient mythology. The music bed is a nice touch and Jason clearly knows what he's talking about. Great show that brings these ancient stories to life!Read full review »

Covers a brilliant range of world mythology, and offers interpretations into the occasionally...Read full review »
