Tremendously powerful - even for non-parents
So... I'm not actually a mom. Yet. Still, a big part of my motivation for building a business is to have the flexibility to raise a family in the future in accordance with my values, while still growing my career and earning power. As a recovering perfectionist and reformed people-pleaser, who often needs a pep talk so as not to give up on my entrepreneurial journey, Naptime Empires tells me exactly. what. I. need. to. hear. in every single episode. This is a must-listen for anyone who wants to grow a business while maintaining sanity, self-compassion, and crystal-clear vision for how great life can be. Even for the non-parents among us - everyone faces the interruptions and distractions and challenges of everyday life. It's inevitable that we all need to maximize the "naptime" windows in our lives for growing our businesses. And Nikki's message is indispensible for that journey - at least, indispensible for mine. This podcast has been so refreshing to listen to on my runs in the morning with my daughter. Her voice is just so cute and I love being able to learn about business stuff while I better myself physically as well. Give her listen! You won't regret it!Read full review »

I find encouragement and wisdom here - said in a simple, kind, magical way that keeps me going when I feel like I can’t, don’t want to, or just don’t know how. This podcast helps me keep noticing divine breadcrumbs and showing up with my voice. I am immensely grateful.
