“The most interesting part of this story is the mind reading and the society rules they have set up around that and yet it’s pushed way to the side for a very forced love story that doesn’t make a lot of sense. Two characters fall in love based on basically nothing and a lot of the story is spent on that. The AI plot feels very done before in other sci fi. It’s an interesting enough listen and the main characters are doing a good job with the voice acting. It had a lot of potential and from reading the reviews it sounds like this may be it? Which if so, is why I pulled another star from the review. If it had another season I would say it’s got good potential and some good ideas and the sound design is well done. If this is actually the ending, it’s closer to a 2, it ends on the most interesting stuff and doesn’t give itself time to get into it.”
