Ingredients: 2 Shaarkandi (Sweet Potato) - peeled and sliced 2 Tbsp Oil 1 Dry Chilli (Optional) ½ Tsp Dhaniya Powder ½ Cup Coriander Leaves Sendha (Rock) Salt to Taste Method: Take a nonstick pan, heat oil in it Add dried chilli, when its done, add sliced shakarkandi Cover, cook for 5 mins Add coriander powder and leaves, salt and mix well Cover and cook for 10 mins Serve hot
