Ingredients
For Dough:
200 gm Singhaare ka aata
½ cup Arrowroot
2 Tbsp Ghee
3 Cups Water
Sendha Salt to Taste
Oil or Ghee for Deep Frying
For filling:
4 Potatoes Boiled
¾ Cup Chilli Powder (Optional)
1Tbsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tsp Dhaniya Seeds
Sendha Namak to Taste
1 Tbsp Ghee
Method:
Filling:
Heat ghee in a pan, when hot add cumin seeds, let them splutter
Add boiled mashed potatoes, add dhaniya seeds, salt to taste, mix well, keep aside
For Dough:
Boil 3 cups water in pan
Add flour and Arrowroot
Let it accumulate in the centre, and form a dough
Take off from heat, let it cool
For Samosa:
Roll the dough in a circle of desired size, cut it in two halves
Apply water on the flat side and join them to foe a cone
Add the filling, apply filling on free side and stick them together to form Samosa
Repeat fpr rest of the dough
Deep Fry Serve Hot
