Listen now
Description
Rejection can feel as painful as physical pain and not only impact your self-esteem, but also can lead to feelings of loneliness, disappointment, embarrassment, or shame. The fear of rejection can be overwhelming and can have other impacts on your life as well.  In this episode, I discuss rejection, what rejection is, why it is so painful, and how to heal from feeling rejected in relationships. I also answer two listener questions: one from someone who recently felt rejected by someone they had been spending time with and someone else who felt rejected after getting physical with someone.  By the end of this episode, you will learn how to start processing your past feelings of rejection or your fear or rejection so you can learn to trust again and show up in the world as your best authentic self.
