“Nicole and Lauren have great chemistry and also have some great guests come onto the show to discuss some of the more popular movie franchises in cinema history. Some of the takes are occasionally funny and some of the insight the guests bring to the movies in question are nice.
But the hosts themselves are rarely prepared as opposed to a number of their guests. They attempt to be funny/make fun of the movies they discuss much of the time and a lot of those attempts come off as cheap and desperate. Some of those attempts are ones that have been used in years past by more competant comedians at making fun of said movies.
It's a podcast that isn't a total "newcomers" experience as, typically, one or both of them have had experiences with the movies they discuss, but it has been a while since in a lot of cases. It's a fine, silly, dumb, ridiculous podcast if you're looking to burn time because you can't find anything more entertaining and/or informative on the topics in questions.”Read full review »

“I’m so happy they decided to do this podcast because it’s EXACTLY how I felt when I went on my first full attempt to watch all of the movies in preparation to see the last one with my boyfriend who’s a huge Star Wars fan.
