It’s not a quick fix but that’s why it works!
Jonny’s approach is long term, he shows you how to enjoy your life (have chocolate, cake, curry etc) when you want but teaches you the tips on how to make sure you can still do this whilst losing weight. It’s a long term strategy which people usually don’t want to hear but i haven’t found a short term fix that actually works and is sustainable! Thanks for the advice Jonny 😊

Love this podcast, short, snappy and informative. It debunks and simplifies the plethora of confusing nutrition, fitness and health information out there - giving handy ways to implement without overwhelming. Would be fab to hear some extended episodes for longer listens as well
