Then DO something, anything that feels a bit productive like go for a walk or recycle the papers you don’t need that are crowding your workspace, then notice the feeling afterwards. When you’re doing something or you’re about to do something and you have that nervous unwanted feeling in your gut, stop and notice if you’re imagining a negative scenario. Then take a moment and make yourself imagine the scenario all going the way you want it to go. This is the process of pivoting. I use it every day sometimes several times depending on what is going on. Try it!! 💪🏻💜You can do it!!
