I hate to say this about a competitor, but.... it's great!
A well-structured, well-delivered and informative podcast which aims to introduce you to NLP without assuming any prior knowledge. Phil has a friendly, relaxed delivery (UK listeners will understand when I say 'think a more positive and cheerful Jack Dee') and uses common-sense examples that anyone can relate to. Just occasionally, Phil uses an NLP term without defining it (for example, 'ecology', which means something slightly different in NLP to the way in which people normally understand it) but you can usually pick up the meaning from the context. When I launched my Practical NLP podcast last year, I was surprised that there didn't seem to be any existing podcasts aimed at introducing NLP to a wider audience in an accessible way, without the 'happy-clappy' embellishments that some popularisers of NLP resort to. Now there are two! At 10 or 15 minutes per episode, you can afford to take half an hour a week and listen to both. Well done Phil!

Very informative. Phil gives a professional take on NLP where others promote as more of a gimmick.
