One of my favourite podcasts. In my experience, learning NLP is best done hands-on in a workshop with other practitioners. However, these pod casts are great for providing a weekly dose of encouragement in between. Well organized topics in bit-size chunks. Very clear examples. Forthcoming...Read full review »

I'm about half-way through these and have already noticed a difference. It's no magic fix to life's problems and requires some (not that much) effort, but there are some key messages and techniques that can help you think more positively and productively. Perfect balance of information in each...Read full review »

Very informative. Phil gives a professional take on NLP where others promote as more of a gimmick.

Refreshing! To the point introduction to NLP and without waffle or co-hosts filling space talking about themselves in other podcasts. Only problem is there aren't enough of these podcasts yet.
