Loved the Crow Man and the House Band! Poor editing at skipped over Adam’s stories and repeated his accolades.

Her podcast is as inventive, interesting and funny as she has been her entire career and I never miss it!

Wow!! Dr. Nate Walton was a real snoozer he was very boring with his delivery. Long time listener big fan here by the way. As an urban gardener myself who grows for restaurants and works in gardening education in schools I know that a boring delivery kills the vibes. I know this guy is very...Read full review »

Listen for the information, the books and everything else. Best when it fully derails!

I have always enjoyed Paula Poundstone’s comedy. I have seen her at least three times: once at Princeton University twice in Sacramento. This podcast is the lamest attempted comedy I’ve heard in a long time.

Inspired to write after listening to the October 4th broadcast. So refreshing to hear the dissing of Book Clubs! And the discussion of noises in the background and who can hear them had me guffawing with tears coming out my eyes, of happiness of course. Thank you to all the people who put this...Read full review »

I personally love this show. I’ve been listening since episode one. I love that Captain Crinkle and Tony Anita get some more mic time. It would be great if the profanity wasn’t as heavy, but no complaints elsewhere. Love Mike Boom Boom and Mrs. Culpepper. Adam, you are a wonder to survive that...Read full review »

If you agree to endure 30 minutes with David Feldman on his podcast or vice versa, I will donate $400 to Elayne Boosler’s Tails of Joy animal charity. This offer is good for two months from today. Please go on his show and tell Feldo what a big creep he is! By the way heard he was looking to...Read full review »

What the absolute fricky frack is going on with the advertisements in this episode? I appreciate bloopers but that outtake was interminable (an adjective that means endless and is often used hyperbolically). Love this podcast. Did not love listening to the behind the scenes… By the end of the...Read full review »

I love Paula, and the show is generally hilarious. My main complaint is that episodes can go on too long, and I often have too short an attention span to listen to podcasts of just people talking.

These folks are fairly earnest for show business people.Their self professed fallibility is kind of lovable. Also, I have actually learned some things from this podcast!

I love this podcast. It’s my favorite. This was an outstanding episode. Racist and white supremacy monuments need to go NOW! Thanks Paula. On another note. Where’s Toni?

Paula is a genius and her co-stars are hysterical! I’ve been listening since the beginning and I’m NEVER disappointed!

The old episodes were so much better. I don’t care about these new segements, like “Funny Fine Print”, “Potluck Info Party”, and Paula dumb jokes. It feels like Paula is forcing everyone to laugh or they get kicked off the show. :/

I’ve been listening since the very beginning and “It was the gouda that got him” still cracks me up every time. Thank you so much for being so charming, silly, and absurd in the best way possible!!! Love you all! 💕

This show is not what it seems. On the surface, it’s a zany hang with Paula and the gang. But pay attention; something’s going on…. Something strange….. What happened to the show’s intern, Doug? Murdered, but by who? Why is Captain Crinkle covering up clues as to who she showers with late at...Read full review »

Love the podcast! Keeps me laughing every week. Bonnie’s book club comment against elevating female authors or authors of color sounded quite tone deaf. :( Also, I’m curious if Paula knows of ANY contemporary cultural references? Possibly from this century? Could make for an interesting segment,...Read full review »

Amazing Podcast with really funny hosts (and C.K and T.H). Would really like another mini pod, perhaps a Ms.Call-pepper (Sorry if spelled incorrectly) weekly news show? This podcast saves my sanity. I laugh so much! And I have certainly LEARNED new words and interesting facts. Seriously, THANK YOU so much Bonnie, Toni, Adam, and especially Paula for being my companions when I spend so much time alone these days. The laughter is, without a doubt, therapeutic.

Paula Poundstone has become more and more of a hero in my life as I have experienced more of her work. She has one of the most amazing outlooks on humanity. Not always positive, but always interesting and most often hilarious.

... it was funny. Then I realized Paula is ‘special’. I don’t support that kind of humor.
treaves via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/24/21
Paula is being smothered by Adam. Painful. She is being actively sabotaged. She begins going off on a riff. He interrupts & criticizes. After many episodes, she is mostly silent and sounds tense. Get out of this abusive relationship, please.
