“Stumbled across this podcast after binge listening to casefile and swindled and needing to fill the void. I’d rate this in the same caliber of both for production value, originality and story telling. Good work!”

“This true crime podcast is totally unique due to the stories they choose, the way they’re told and the narrator’s hypnotic, soothing, mesmerizing voice.
This podcast got me through a really bad illness where I was so sick I couldn’t sleep for like a week and was alone in my house. This was the...”Read full review »

“I’m at a loss to find a podcast as excellent as this one. I particularly recommend the 2 parter on the MS Estonia. I WISH THEY WOULD DO ANOTHER SEASON.”

“I love this podcast. She speaks so well for the victims. I love there is no tones in her voice to show her opinions. Just the facts very well stated. Such heartbreaking and incredible stories. Hope she will come back!!!!”

“Great show. Very well produced with excellent writing and delivery. The host gives voice to the victims without resorting to personal asides. Very high quality program.
I hope that the reason she quit was because there are no more horrific Nordic crimes. I will miss the show, however.”

“Cases are interesting. Some of them could possibly use a trigger warning as cases are described in detail, esp. if an episode includes child cruelty. Her voice is pleasant to listen to, some episodes could maybe have a clearer structure as going back and forth in time makes it more difficult to...”Read full review »
“Den indholder alle de vigtige faktorer for en god podcast.....⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Research, tilføjninger af virkelige hændelser i form af opkald til alarmcentraler osv, din stemme og måden du fortæller på, og ikke mindst den gode skandinaviske baggrundsmusik. Jeg blev “afhængig” og hørte alle afsnit i...”Read full review »

“One of My top 5 true crime podcasting like listening to. Love it when she pronounces names and places. Never heard of any of these stories or places. Her voice is relaxing and calming to listen to, since each story is super intense crime!!! Geesh! Great job.”

“Just beginning to listen. The narrator has very good command of the English language. I’m floored to discover Norway & Sweden have such horrific crimes. I’ve always been under the impression that this area of the world was more or less superior emotionally. Rude awakening! :o). ...”Read full review »

“Språket måste bli mycket bättre, ni behärskar inte engelska så det blir den klassiska Svengelskan istället, vilket gör podden olidlig att lyssna på. Synd då innehållet är bra.”
“I am not generally a fan of crime stories but this one has opened my eyes, though it’s hard to pin down definite reasons for this. Maybe slower pacing and a speaker who is precise and deliberate in her narration is what gives it an atmosphere of fairy-tales for grown ups. Maybe because no...”Read full review »

“There are some very interesting stories here which are well told and seem to be well researched. The difficulty I have is the background sound. It doesn’t stay in the background, is very repetitive and for me way too intrusive.
I don’t want to say goodbye. Not everyone has 100% hearing...”Read full review »

“Love this podcast - shines a light on tragedies that most people haven’t heard of. The narrator has a fantastic voice and really tells the stories in a respectful manner. I cried when hearing the club arson episode because you could practically sense the panic the victims felt - and that’s...”Read full review »
