Not Always Theologically Sound
Unfortunately, totally missed the mark on 4/15's sermon. Salvation is a freedom FROM sin, not freedom TO sin. It's a dangerous thing to minimize sin and our need for a savior. "I want you all to leave your life of sin and if you don't, I love you. And if you can't, I love you." Really? If I don't turn away from my sin, I can still experience the grace and forgiveness of God? Last time I checked, scripture calls us to put off the former ways and be transformed into the image of Christ. Yes, we still struggle with sin as Christians, but to say that it's ok to continue in a life of sin and not repent is unbiblical. Be careful you are not elevating the opinion of man in an effort to soften the blow of the gravity of sin. To lessen the gravity of sin is to lessen what Christ did on the cross. It's a direct assault on the character of God. The gospel is a beautiful picture of grace and truth- the truth is that we are helplessly dead in our sin and sinful ways and stand condemned by a Holy God. The grace is that he reconciles us to Himself by coming to earth in the form of Jesus Christ and took on the fullness of God's anger in dying on the cross (which He did not deserve because He lived a sinless life) and then rose again 3 days later. It is by grace through faith that we believe this and no longer stand condemned before God. Andy is not teaching this here. He is teaching, it's ok to sin. It's ok to remain in your sin as long as everyone is happy. God doesn't condemn you, so do what you want.Read full review »

They seem to post when ever in convenient for them, with no thought of their listeners who love their content. Sometimes they post it on tue, sometimes Friday, sometimes over...Read full review »
