Nutrition Knowledge God and all round down to earth guy
Love listening to this podcast when I am out running. It’s my favourite podcast and I enjoy listening to each and every podcast including the off tangent tales and thoughts. His knowledge on nutrition is second to none and he is able to put this knowledge across in a way in which everyone is able to understand, whether you are in the field yourself or just merely have an interest. I have learned a lot from these podcasts about nutrition. Martin is definitely someone to trust - In an industry full of unfounded claims, nonsense and influencers trying to flout the latest craze or ‘product’ to get themselves followers or hits etc, Martin is all about evidence based research and findings. Even when he goes off tangent - it can be entertaining and is generally just a good podcast to listen to. Highly recommend. I’ve never sat down and rated or reviewed anything online before but this one is well deserved. Sam

So then I try doing the 1500-1800 slower weight loss and it doesn't work. I feel hungrier than on 1100 calories. It is like the more...Read full review »
