Best podcast of the Great War
Dan and Spencer are presenting the Great War in an unbelievable format. Not since Dan Carlin has there been a podcast on this subject that I think has beef incredibly well researched and presented. My grandfather served in the CEF and fought in the 100 days. I had the extraordinary experience of walking these three battle fields with Mark Bannon this last year. I have researched the CEF as I write a historical novel on the immigrants to Canada who joined the call to serve. So, in hearing the early podcast bringing the high level attention to the efforts of the BEF in their great battles, I was struck by the incredible authenticity that Spencer and Dan bring to the subject. I wait each week with great anticipation to find the next chapter in this incredible series. These boys “are in the pink”. Well done!!!

Also love how they know all the battlefields and can speak from an intimate knowledge of the locations. Big point of attention - similar to almost...Read full review »
