Wish the host would let others talk
I enjoy the topics and still will listen to this podcast when I'm done with my other podcasts. However, Manoush constantly is interrupting her guests and guessing where they are going to go with their conversation, and I find it extremely irritating. She seems to be the kind of person who doesn't listen to whoever she is talking to, but instead spends her time thinking of what thing she can tell you next. I think I find this even more annoying since the premise of the show is how to be a person and not be obsessed with yourself/your facebook/your own personal experience. The guests are great and should be allowed to finish their thoughts. I understand that her job is to lead the conversation, but sometimes I just have to turn it off because it's turned into a show where I learn all about Manoush's personal life instead of the actual topic at hand.Read full review »

There have been a couple of times where one side of the story has been simplied too much, and in doing so it does the listener a disservice.

I found New Tech City because of the Bored and Brilliant project and now I am HOOKED! If you are interested in technology and enjoy short and sweet podcasts, definitely give New Tech City a listen. You won't regret it.Read full review »
