The best sleep I’ve had in a long time
Sunday nights are typically the night I struggle to fall asleep. I started listening to Nothing Much Happens last week, in hopes that it would become part of my routine quickly. I hadn’t made it through an entire story before falling asleep. I went to bed at my normal time last night, not particularly feeling tired. I put on the podcast and shut my eyes. I remember fluttering in and out of sleep during the first reading and I recall the start of second time through, but I never made it to the end! I would normally lay in bed for a couple of hours on a Sunday trying to fall asleep, and last night I was asleep within 15 minutes! Love this so much! Thank you

I’ve tried many bed time podcasts and apps. I found many of them to be forced. This is totally natural I’ve never made it through the second story!

I stumbled across this podcast about a month ago and it’s a new favourite for getting me to sleep! The stories are gentle but descriptive. So you can latch on to enough detail to calm those monkeys of the mind but it’s gentle and calm, so you get lulled to sleep. Even if I don’t fall asleep...Read full review »
