“I queue up a couple of episodes every night and set my play time for 1 hour. I don’t even know if I ever get to 15 minutes of playtime, most nights, before I am out. When I wake up a during the night I start up the podcast again (rinse and repeat). I also use sleep headphones so I don’t disturb my partner. I think they could benefit from it, but I don’t push. This works for me and I hope that it works for you too. This podcast is a game changer.”
