“I’ve been plagued with difficulty falling asleep my entire life, largely because of my ADHD symptoms. It would take me hours to fall asleep and I could not seem to turn my mind off. I tried everything and this is the first thing that has ever worked. It is fantastic. The episodes go into so much detail and that is what really helps because if I force myself to listen to the details carefully and try and visualize the scene, my mind isn’t allowed to wander. If you have ADHD you need this podcast. “A block from home” is my favorite and I don’t think I’ve ever made it to the end because it works so well. That’s saying a lot coming from someone that typically needs at least an hour to fall asleep. I recommend winding down a little, turning off the light, and getting into your favorite sleep position before starting the podcast in order to get the best results.”
