Refreshing and informative. Can’t stop listening!
I’ve listen to this podcast every week. The information Victoria, her team and her amazing guests provide in this show is invaluable. It is wonderful to have a team of nutrition experts working to shed light on how important it is to address eating disorders and disordered eating with clients. The information in his podcast is enlightening, and I learn something every single episode. Listening to this over the last year has really helped to shift my perspective and share the values of intuitive eating with the people in my life. I can’t recommend this podcast enough to everyone looking for another way to approach food, their health and well-being.

This podcast is full of great information! Even though this podcast is geared towards women, I’m a guy who can implement what I learn from this podcast into my own life. Meg and Victoria killed it in the Q&A episode 65 where they discussed the idealistic approach to balancing omega fatty acids.
