A podcast that can be applied to more than just intuitive eating <3
I recently recommended this podcast so unlike my other genre I listened to I decided to search the list of episodes to listen to a few that were something I felt like could help me or I could relate to. So far my favorite episodes are “5 steps to move past perfectionism” & “how to make peace with weight gain.” I’m currently working with my therapist on trauma with EMDR so these two episodes spoke to me so much with the current journey I’m on in this present moment. I have found myself turning on this podcast when my anxiety or depression is heavy! Which seems to be so beneficial so far with helping me during those moments that do pass but I gain something positive during those moments. I have already shared this podcast with a few people in my life & on IG. I highly recommend listening! It’s well put together and amazing!
