Loved it
Sad that it’s over but the ride was great (edit: he’s back and just as brilliant!). The concept of the podcast is brilliant, and might not have worked if Michael weren’t such a thoughtful and fun mansplainer in chief. I hope this is a great success and becomes a new art form. I don’t think I’d have made it through the book reading it alone, and I wouldn’t have gotten as much from the story. Bravo Michael

More reviews of Obscure with Michael Ian Black
Oddly compelling, quietly hilarious and yet soothing at the same time. Love this podcast and can’t wait to learn more about Jude the Obscure.

Sincerity from MIB without losing the funny. Great first episode; I’m already locked in. It is a strange modern twist on a book club with the right dose of self deprecation often missing from classic literature discussions.

So far, soooo great!!! Such a simple, bad idea that just works. I love MIB, in general, and was wondering where he’s been. I JUST decided to get into podcasts and am so lucky that I randomly came across this. I wish he released 2 episodes a week (at least). I seriously can’t get enough!!
