Disappointing rubbish
I’ll start by saying I’m a massive Line of Duty fan, and also a big fan of those podcasts which do episodic reviews, like The West Wing Weekly, so I was excited to hear about this. I was looking forward to hearing debates about each episode, as well as theories about the true identity of the mysterious “H” etc. What did I get: Infantile talk about “Daddy” Hastings, repetition of the word “mate” for about 30 seconds to hysterical laughter, then onto such gems as “Line of Foody: what’s snacks do you eat when you’re watching”? “Line of Who-dy: which character from the past reappeared and you didn’t recognise them”? One of the presenters asked for a “Line of Doody” moment for the worst bit. My answer: this entire podcast. I’m off to investigate the Shrine of Duty podcast, as recommended by many here.
