I love hearing all the different stories! I love the honesty, the vulnerability and the laughs! So many recovery podcasts get too uptight and uppity and this one is not it. I appreciate the swearing, the truths and the lack of shame at the pasts. We are who we ARE, not who we were and the growth...Read full review »

You have the distinction of being one of the first sober podcast I heard, and of course, follow. My life is opening up in ways I was clueless to. Even after 25 years free of substances and AA. It’s time. Thank you SO much for your wonderful service to so many!

I love the guests and their shared experience, strength and hope but the constant interruptions from Arlina drives me crazy!! She turns the podcast from a speaker share style to a more casual convo between mates, peppered with laughter which I personally feel diminishes the message.

Now 103 days and still going! Arlina is great. Her fb group and 12 step class has been detrimental to my sobriety ❣️ Arlina and I “met” 21 days ago. Not really, but it feels like it.
