“Has been a great podcast - some stand out episodes include Claudia Winkleman, Bob Mortimer, Rylan Clark, Phil Wang, Paul F Tompkins, Paul Chowdury, Ainsley Harriott, Miriam Margoyles. But the turning point was seeing them live last year, it showed no warmth or love to the audience. Ed and James dominated and you realise that in the past year, this has happened in the podcast itself. Those best episodes had the guest firmly centre stage. It feels like it’s grinding to a halt, dragging out anecdotes that don’t go anywhere. If it can’t get back to find guests that can hold their own, think it’s probably time to shut up shop.”
