She makes patient interactions conversational, thus removing any inhibitors that may block the healing process.  Dr. Casey uses a combination of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
