Wasted Opportunity
I found the episode with Una Baines and was looking forward to what I thought would be an interesting and insightful interview but it was ruined by the ‘interviewers’ constant interruptions, inane childish laughing, talking about themselves and random diversions that had nothing to do with Una or The Fall. A podcast hosted by Beavis and Butthead would have been more enlightening Im amazed how Una Baines showed such patience. Lads, just grow up. I don’t want to hear about you or what you find funny, I want to hear the people you interview.

Carry on y’all. Every episode has been an interesting listen. You’ve definitely improved on the production side. The first episodes were a tough listen, especially the live from a pub and the sweet accents, but whatever the complaints, I’m in.

The first episode not only gives insight into the early years of the fall through Steve’s eyes (slightly to early for Paul’s, apart from the egg incident and a few other interesting recollections) it also paints a picture of the Manchester scene as a whole at the time.
