“Hello! I have been listening to your podcast since I began fracking as an Equipment Operator back in 2017, after my retirement from the Army. After the layoffs in early 2020, I still continued to listen. After multiple jobs and unemployment, I finally got a call back and will be back in West Texas soon. Your podcast makes me sound smart when talking with other EOs when I was working, haha. So my question is, what are your thoughts on the “older” generation stating that they will not return since the last down turn? Thanks again for providing an excellent podcast!”
