In this discourse, two questions are answered. The first question is the second part to the question - Why did creation take place? What was the need for it? Om Swami says that when one understands that everything is presided by God and that the whole universe resides in him then there will be no sorrow in their life. They may feel pain sometimes but their hearts and mind will be filled with happiness and peace. Just like creepers climb a wall and spread totally covering everything, similarly when pure thoughts and knowledge comes to a person, they too take root and spread and don’t let the bad thoughts rear their head. Just like drops of water from rains come together to make a pond, a righteous person keeps attracting good thoughts and good actions towards themself. The second question asked was- If God is present in all emotions, then, is he present in the emotion of repulsion too? Om Swami says that if a person experiences repulsion in full awareness then they will become aware of God. He says that the highest knowledge is to know that God is present in all emotions. Once this truth is understood they will have no hard feelings towards anybody. For everybody is enjoying what they have earned according to their destiny.
