Great tips on balancing hormones
I get so much out of every episode, but I really appreciated this last one (episode 168) on balancing hormones. Really good simple tips to put into action immediately. And great advice on how to find and work with a medical professional for hormone issues.

I really enjoy this podcast, i only recently discovered it. Guests are fantastic & knowledgeable. Episode 41 really tested my Yogic patience as unfortunately word “Pranayama” was mispronounced over and over again by the host. I even stoped listening because of it, but when back again.. :)

I’m very lucky to have Erika as a teacher, and her podcast is an added bonus!
