A Weekly Ritual for Hope and Perspective
I found On Being a little over a year ago and fell in love. While at first I was picky about which episode I would listen to, however I quickly learned to take each week’s episode fully and to mediate on the conversation. I’ve quickly tried to listen to as much of the back catalog as possible and have read all three of Krista’s books. These conversations are needed in a politically divided world, one that is separate from a deep sense of meaning and wonder. These episodes have become weekly rituals for taking life slower and being more mindful and spiritual through a wide range of conversations with spiritual leaders, scientists, artists, and activists. I HIGHLY recommend this podcast to everyone!

I really enjoy the opportunity to hear the unedited recording along with the produced show. I learn something new with each listen...I often find myself listening to repeat broadcasts and find something completely new with the review.
