Bobby Dixon, Public Affairs Officer assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, the two go into depth about maritime security environment, challenges with a resurgent Russia and a rising China, and in addition discuss the 70 plus exercises that U.S. Naval Forces participate in throughout the year.
