Not credible
A lot of false information being spread and lack of knowledge from the hosts obviously as they always use the phrase “I think?”. Just another health podcast full of personal opinions and no actual scientific back up. I hope listeners take their info with a grain of salt and actually do their own research on these topics.

So much information circulating. So many mixed messages that it is hard to know what is rubbish and what is valid. This podcast allows me to relax and listen knowing the presenters are practicing clinical dieticians focusing on relevant info that guides my nutritional choices.
