Good series with one quibble
I really enjoyed this podcast. It’s a fresh story. It’s well researched. It is presented in an interesting way. My only complaint is how surprised I was that in this era of supposed equality, the way that men struggle with body image/eating disorder/dysmorphia is presented in a much different way than the way women struggle with those things. You presented it in a way that came across that with women it is a matter of breaking through gender stereotypes and sexism from men. But the way you presented it for men is that it’s all a matter of ego and bravado. And that’s not true at all. I’m not going to ding you a star in my review. But I really wish that in a time where it seems equality and stereotypes are trying to be stamped out, you make the effort to do it for everyone and not just particular groups to whom you pander.

I am so grateful this podcast exists. I currently struggle and have struggled with multiple eating disorders for the last 15 years. This podcast shines light on a dark situation that needs to be heard. Thank you🙏

Horrifying and fascinating exploration not just of a nightmare “drug,” but of the real and immediate menace of how body image threatens our health, both mental and physical.
