Finding Your Way Through Grief
Listen now
Description
My friend Julia and I talk about the road through grief, she and her family are traveling over the loss of her daughter, Elizabeth. Our conversation includes the individuality of grief, and the challenges of a mother trying to move through her own grief while helping her children through theirs. We talk about sibling grief, and how life changed after Lizzie died. We explored the question, Is there a right or wrong thing to say or do for someone who has suffered a loss? We laughed, we cried, and we celebrated Lizzie's life. Here For You - Sibling Loss Resources Our House One Mom to Another website One Mom to Another book
