“I'm not a Podcast fiend. I spend most of my cooking/workout/driving time listening to books on Audible or NPR. However, when a good Podcast catches my attention I'll stick with it daily (sometimes twice per day!) and listen to every episode that I can.
OYNB is exactly this type of Podcast. I decided to go alcohol free a few weeks ago, and I've been listening to this Podcast every morning and sometimes in the afternoon each day since. The hosts, Andy and Rauri, and various guests make each episode charming, inspiring, and educational. You don't need to have signed up for a challenge to appreciate this Podcast - and it isn't preachy or self-important about the benefits of quitting alcohol. It does, however, tackle all the challenges and benefits related to quitting drinking by providing personal accounts of people who have made this huge lifesyle change and don't want to go back.
