Charles Albright, known as the “Texas Eyeball Killer” was a natural born killer.The Eyeball Killer's victims were prostitutes. He was eventually captured, tried and convicted of some of the most gruesome killings ever known.  Glen has made comments that in terms of the number of his victims, the surface has hardly been scratched and that he has taken the lives of 70 women.  This is the case of The Cross Country Killer.
