In the second half of a two-part episode series, we are discussing anxiety! This is something we got a pretty huge response about so we wanted to make sure to include as many emails as we could. We dive a little more into why the pandemic has caused Jess’s anxiety to worsen and what it feels like to have a child with pre-existing conditions. We also discuss the difference between being cautious and being overly paranoid and how that line can be very blurry, especially since there are still a lot of unknowns.
