A podcast I listen to everyday
My passion for fitness and nutrition and goal to continue learning is what keeps me coming back. Episodes are nice and short (10-12 min) and have great content and commentary by Dr. Neal. I walk away from each episode with a fresh perspective, added motivation, or new knowledge. I definitely recommend this podcast!
