Great conversational podcast
These two guys have the ability to simplify complex legal issues in a manner that is entertaining and informative. These guys shine when they have a guest that they can challenge and fully explore concepts in a way that understandable to the average lawyer. Unfortunately, when these two guys get together the nerdery can take over - which is great for any nerds. You may find your self wishing you could join the conversation. I loved the episode on typography and I have incorporated some changes to my practice based on the advice there. I'd love to see more episodes on substantive legal topics as well as practical topics such as time management and practice management. Oh, and one more suggestion although I have no idea if this is feasible. Is it possible to record live at a set time and allow listeners to tweet comments during the show to make it a bit interactive? Keep up the great work guys!Read full review »

Interesting research projects are discussed, but the podcast could use some editing to reduce the rambles. Please bring in scholars whose research is more doctrinal so that students can engage with the podcast too.
