Good content buried in rambling
I'm so frustrated with this podcast because it has some really great insights and discussion about the law, but they insist despite requests from listeners on filling about the first 30 minutes of their show with empty banter about how their weekend was. Listen, you aren't the first podcast to include light banter, but most substantive podcasts sprinkle that banter throughout the discussion of the main topics people came to listen to. I used to listen to this podcast and just wait resentfully until they got to the meat and potatoes, then I tried just skipping through the episode until it seemed like you had actually started the show, but that is an annoying burden to put on your listeners. I know this sounds like an odd suggestion but if you insist on not talking about anything for 20-35 minutes, you should at least do your listeners the courtesy of telling them at the beginning where to skip to in the episode if they downloaded your podcast because they are actually interested in legal theory. If you did that I would give you 5 stars. Or you could just include your endearing jokes in the substantive part of the podcast like everyone else does.Read full review »

And interesting and fascinating podcast, good interaction between the presenters, understandble to a non lawyer while not being too basic. Well worth a listening
