Welcome to the OTB Crew Podcast for another week, and this week the Crew are all back on board. In this podcast, I may or may not stir the pot a little between Lani and Josh by bringing up the Spin Bike darkle (listen to episode 12 for context lol) and they air their thoughts on this podcast. Does Josh apologise? Does Lani accept? All i know is a really cute dog named Weiner comes into the podcast just at the right time to make everyone say ”awww cute puppy”. Lach tells how parenting life is going with Taylor and his new edition Weiner, and we get into weird dreams and how they can have an effect on your mood and emotions when you wake up. That‘s when things get a little spooky and weird. As if the start to the conversation isn‘t weird enough with my dream, Josh takes the cake with a story and a sound you have to hear to believe. And yes the sound is in the podcast. We finish by tackling a subject you won‘t hear on any other swimming podcast and that‘s newly adult athletes balancing social life and drinking with their training and goals. All three crew members gives their own unique perspectives on the topic and gives some awesome advice to all the listeners just turning 18 on how to balance having fun with mates on the weekends with training at an elite level. Great chat, and a topic very rarely discussed even though it is very much a part of society and culture in our country. Another cracking episode, with all the crew back on deck.
