“I’ve enjoyed a large number of audio-dramas via podcasts. Some came recommended on Reddit and were not up to the raves. However, OFC is incredible. The characters are unique (and well-acted), the soundscape is tremendous, the story is very enjoyable. Each episode is generally 10-20 minutes, so you don’t feel like you need an hour to invest and you’ll never be tempted to speed it up. The story is tongue-in-cheek funny commentary on corporate power (an insurance company’s stranglehold over its “policies” in post-apocalyptic New England), mixed in with zombies, species reactions, race relations, and laughable science references.
The first 6 seasons or so are utterly without advertising!”
