Description
When the New Year comes around, we all tend to do the same thing: set resolutions.  We get super hyped to become this new better person, and yet, research has shown that most of us give up by the time February rolls around. In this episode, we discuss why we don't believe in New Year's resolutions and what we do instead to achieve lifelong habits that allow us to achieve our long-term objectives.
